Electrical system
Dismantle the centrifugal clutch.

Remove the nut holding the fl ywheel.

Remove the fl ywheel.

Position the piston stop 522 43 18-01 in
the spark plug hole so that it is on top of
the piston top in the combustion room.
Remove both screws (E) that hold the
centrifugal clutch.
Lift off the clutch.
Note the spacers between the fl ywheel
and the centrifugal clutch.
Remove the nut holding the fl ywheel.
Loosen and remove the fl ywheel nut.
Dismantle the fl ywheel from the crankcase
using the puller no. 510 13 89-01.
Gently knock the puller screw with a
hammer, if the fl ywheel sits tightly on the
crankshaft.
Assembly
Check that the key way in the fl ywheel
and the key way in the crankshaft are
undamaged, as well as the key.
Fit the fl ywheel and centrifugal clutch. Do
not forget the fl at spacers (A).
NOTE!
Turn the clutch so that the arrows (B)
that indicate the direction of rotation
are visible from the outside.
