4. Pull telescoping hitch (#6) out until bolt holes at the
back of the telescoping hitch align with bolt holes at
the front of transport frame (#7).
5. Find 3/4"-10 x 5" GR5 bolts (#8), lock washers (#9),
and hex nuts (#10) in the shipping bag.
6. Attach telescoping hitch (#6) to transport frame (#7)
with bolts (#8), lock washers (#9), and nuts (#10).
Tighten nuts to the correct torque.

Install driveline pivot bracket (#11) as shown with
3/4"-10 GR5 bolts (#2), lock washers (#4), and hex
nuts (#3). Tighten nuts to the correct torque.
8. Loosen bolts (#5) until pivot bracket (#11) and flange
bearing (#18) rotates freely.
9. Pull back on pull collar (#14) and push yoke end of
jack shaft (#16) onto gearbox input shaft (#15).
Release pull collar and continue pushing the yoke
onto the input shaft until pull collar snaps in place.
10. Pull back and forth on driveline (#16) to verify it is
locked onto gearbox input shaft (#15).
11. On the backside of flange bearing (#18) is a locking
collar (#21). Turn locking collar counterclockwise to
remove locking collar from the bearing.

12. Insert bearing locking collar (#21) on jack shaft (#17).
Make sure locking side faces flange bearing (#18).
13. Fully insert jack shaft (#17) through hole in
bearing (#18).
14. Rotate bearing lock collar (#21) clockwise to tighten
the collar against bearing and then tighten set screw
in lock collar against jack shaft (#17).
15. Attach long cone end (#19) of main driveline (#20) to
jack shaft (#17) by pulling back on its pull collar and
pushing the yoke end onto jack shaft (#17). Release
pull collar and continue pushing the yoke onto the
jack shaft until the collar snaps in place.
16. Pull back and forth on driveline (#20) to verify its yoke
is locked onto jackshaft (#17).
17. Attach driveline shield chain (#12) to spacer (#13) by
looping the chain around the spacer and hooking the
chain to itself.
18. Adjust park jack up until all weight is removed from
support stand (#27). Remove support stand from
under transport frame (#7).
