3. In the Device Type field, select CM-95. DCS appears in the Card Address field.
4. In the Communications Port field, select a communications port (1 through 4).
5. In the Address field, select an address from 1 to 63. (This address must correspond to the
address in the DCS.)
6. Click Add.
Figure 5-5 shows IntraGuide with the CM-95 added.
