Switch between two calls
NOTE
If your connected smartphone does not have a SIM card, you can switch
between calls only if the second call is incoming.

to put the active call on hold and switch to the other call.
For example, in the screen shown here, the call on the top of the
screen, 555-0267 is currently on hold. The call on the bottom of the
screen, 555-7233, is the active call—the caller you're talking to. To
switch between the two, so that you switch to talking to 555-0267,
tap

How you end the calls depends on the type of smartphone you have
connected to your device:
If the connected smartphone uses a SIM card: Tap
either call. If you end the currently active call, the call on hold
becomes active.
If the connected smartphone does not use a SIM card: See

Make a conference call for a connected smartphone that

NOTE
The steps in this section apply only if the smartphone connected to your
device does not use a SIM card. For information on conference calling with a

If you make an outgoing call, you can make a second call and create a
three-way conference call, provided that the service is available in your
area. Additional charges may apply, and minutes in your mobile account
may be deducted for each call you make.
