APPENDIX B SOFTWARE SERVICE TOOL INSTRUCTIONS
Information such as below will need to provide to OHAUS in order to obtain the scale eif file.
1. Analyzer Model Number.
2. Analyzer Serial Number.
3. Analyzer Load Cell Serial Number.
Once 'Replace Main PCB' is selected the Com Port Configuration option will appears,
complete the configuration and click Next. You will see the bellow window.
