LOCAL FIRMWARE UPDATE

In order to include new functions, the system includes Z-GPRS2/Z-Logger firmware update options.
Various different update modes are available for firmware:
Via USB: This is the easiest method. A complete update takes about 5 minutes. Z-GPRS2 / Z-Logger must
be connected to a PC with SEAL software installed.
Via microSD card: This is the faster method. A complete update takes about 20 seconds. A microSD
adapter for PC (many mobile phones can also read/write microSD) and a microSD card are required. This
method is convenient when several devices are to be updated.
Remote: When the RTU is remote the firmware update can be made by the GPRS or by the Ethernet
passing by an external (GPRS) or internal (Ethernet) FTP server.
