PRODUCT WARRANTY

The following warranty conditions are valid in EU and do not re-
place the laws of the Country where this product is sold and
used.
The following are not covered by the warranty:
• Damage caused by inadequate descaling.
• Damage caused by using the machine with a voltage other
than that specified on the nameplate.
• Damage caused by improper treatment or by using the
machine for a purpose for which it is not intended.
• Damage caused by third-party intervention.
Repair costs incurred by the intervention of unapproved
third-party service centres will be charged to the customer.
Please keep the receipt after having purchased the product.
Any product without receipt will not be considered under
guarantee.
The product must be sent with a suitable packaging for
transport.
Any damage due to transport with inadequate packaging are
not under guarantee.

The product is guaranteed against possible manufacturing
faults after 24 months from the purchase date written on the
receipt. During this period the product that is believed to be
faulty will be replaced without any additional cost for the con-
sumer.
This guarantee is not valuable for faults caused by incidents,
improper use, non adequate maintenance, failures caused by
modifications, tampering, or normal usage.
In case the product is believed to be faulty, please contact
