Solution
At least 20% of the current sensor rat ing, (xC T) must be flowing through the
break er to activate the display.
If not, pow er the t rip unit wit h the internal battery.
The battery pow er supply is disabled when any current is sensed through the
current sensors .
Check t hat the control power supply is present and operational.
No communication with the BIM Check t he BIM harness.
Mis match trip unit / BIM option
Return the unit to GE.
Return the unit to GE.
Check t he rating plug. The rating plug value shall not exceed and be below
40% of the breaker sensor.
Ensure t he rating plug is properly sited.
Locate and repair t he short or the incorrect connection.
Check t hat the baud rat e assigned to the trip unit, agrees with the baud rate
at the host.
Check t hat the address assigned to the trip unit, agrees with the address at
the host .
Check t he rating plug label.
Read t he PT primary rating from the PT name plate and set trip unit PT to this
value.
Set the trip unit phase to phase PH-PH or phase t o neutral PH-N according to
the syst em.
Replace the battery.
Power the trip unit w ith ex ternal power or by energizing the break er for
several days to freshen the bat tery.
Lösung
Mindestens 20% des Wandlerstromes (xCT) muss durch den
Leistungsschalter fließen, um das Display zu akt ivieren.
Wenn nicht, versorgen Sie die Auslöseeinheit bit te mit der interne Bat terie.
Die Bat teriestromversorgung ist auch deak tiviert, wenn nur ein geringer
Strom durch die Wandler fließt.
Prüf en Sie bitte, ob die Steuerspannungsversorgung vorhanden ist und
arbeitet .
Keine Kommunikation mit BIM.
Prüf e den BIM Kabelbaum.
Fehlanpassung Auslöseeinheit / BIM Opt ion
Senden Sie die Auslöseeinheit an GE.
Senden Sie die Auslöseeinheit an GE.
Prüf en Sie das Stromeinstellmodul.
Der Stromeinstellmodul Wert darf nicht überschritten werden und sich nicht
unter 40% der Leist ungsschalter W andlerwerte befinden.
Stellen Sie den einwandfreien Festsit z des Stromeinstellmoduls sicher.
Lokalis ieren Sie den Kurzschluss oder dei Falsche Anschlussverbindung.
Prüf en Sie die Baudrate der Auslöseinheit und stimmen Sie diese mit dem
HOST ab.
Prüf en Sie die Adresse der Auslöseinheit und stimmen Sie diese mit dem
HOST ab.
Prüf en Sie die Dat en auf dem Stromeinst ellmodul Schild.
Lesen Sie die Primärwerte vom PT-Leist ungsschild und stellen Sie die
Auslöseeinheit auf diesen Wert ein.
Stellen Sie die Auslöseeinheit auf Phase-Phase (PH-PH) oder Phase-Neutral
(PH-N) in Übereinstimmung mit dem System.
Wechseln Sie die Bat terie.
Betreiben Sie die Auslöseinheit mit ex terner Stromversorgung oder
betreiben Sie den L eistungsschalter f ür längere Zeit um die Bat terie
aufzufrischen.
