Cause/Countermeasure
◆ Check the connection of the power cord.
→ Please call your dealer.
◆ Check that the Printer ID number is not conflicting
with other device(s).
◆ Turn OFF the power of the system and turn ON
again. Please be sure that the printer and the other
devices start before the computer.
◆ Check the connection of the cables
◆ Print roller is dirty
→ Clean the roller.
