Card is not taken into the printer and remaining in the Feeder Block.
◆
→ Remove all cards in the Feeder and set them again after separating
the edges of the cards. After setting, press Clear key to recover the
error. In case this error continues to occur. Then make a cleaning of
the Supply Roller.
In case this error continues to occur even after the above treatment,
please call your dealer. If it is caused by the cards, such as the face
condition, burr, bend, materials, etc., it is hard to judge visually.
Please use the specified cards by the dealer.
A card is stuck in the Flip Turn Block
◆
→ First, turn OFF the power.
Open the top cover and remove the card. If necessary, rotate the
green handle and / or green disk to transport in the flip turn unit
to move the card to the easy position to take out. Press Clear key
after the card is removed.
If this error repeats, clean the rollers in the Flip Turn Block.
A card is stuck in the Print Block
◆
→ Press Ribbon Change key and take out the ribbon cassette before
turning OFF the power.
Remove the stuck card in the same manner as Flip Turn Block.
If necessary, rotate the transport knob and output the card to the exit.
By rotating the transport knob, print rollers are rotated.
If this error repeats, clean the print rollers.
A card is stuck in the Encoder Block
