The dust may disappear after printing.
◆ Abnormal coloring of an amorphous area.
◆ A thin unprinted line along the card
transport direction appears.

◆ If a dust is on the surface of the card when printing,
the part of the dust remains unprinted
→ Do not use the card having a dust on the face.
→ Do not use the printer in the dusty area.
→ Clean the rollers.
◆ Grease of the fingertip is transferred to a part of the
card causing abnormal printing.
→ Do not touch the printing surface of the card.
◆ A dust adheres on the print head.
→ Clean the print head.
◆ If the problem is not solved by head cleaning, a part of the heat
element of the head is damaged.
→ Replace with the new head.
The damage of the print head is caused by biting a solid particle
between the head and the card while printing. To avoid this, do not
use a dirty card or leave the ribbon cartridge in the dusty place
when taking out from the printer. If the cartridge is taken out, wind
up the frame that has been exposed on the window before re-setting
it to the printer.
