Troubleshooting

First, try out the following procedures.
If the problem is not resolved, it may be improved by selecting [Reset] on
the [Setup] menu.
• Further information is provided in the "Owner's Manual for advanced features (PDF
format)". Check it together with the information in this section.
Recording stops before finishing. Cannot record. Cannot use some
functions.
• When the ambient temperature is high or continuous recording is performed, the
camera's temperature will rise. After [

camera cools down.

• Charging is being performed in a place with extremely high or low temperature.

• Charging is not possible if the power supply capacity of the computer is low.
