Preparation/Basic

Do not leave the shoulder strap where an infant can reach it.
– It may result in an accident by mistakenly wrapping around the neck.
Inserting and removing the battery/the card (optional)
• Always use genuine Panasonic batteries (DMW-BLG10PP).
• If you use other batteries, we cannot guarantee the quality of this product.

Slide the release lever A to the [OPEN]
position and open the card/battery
door.

Battery B:
Insert all the way in until a locking
sound is heard and check that it is
locked by the lever C.
Card D:
Insert until a clicking sound is heard.
• Check the orientation of the battery and the card.
• Do not touch the card terminals E.

Close the card/battery door and slide
the release lever to the [LOCK]
position.

To remove battery
• Pull the lever F in the direction of the
arrow to remove.

Remove the battery after use. (The battery will be exhausted if left for a long period of
time after being charged.)
¥
Turn the camera off and wait for the "LUMIX" display on the monitor to clear before
removing the card or battery. (Otherwise, this unit may no longer operate normally and
the card itself may be damaged or the recorded pictures may be lost.)
