Failure Display and Inspection

The cooktop is fitted with safety devices to protect the electronic system and if an
abnormality occurs, the cooktop will enter into protective state automatically and the
following error codes will show:
Problem
E4/E5 Temperature sensor failure
E7/E8
Temperature sensor of IGBT
E2/E3 Abnormal supply voltage
E6/E9 Bad induction hob heat radiation
NOTE: Please do not disassemble the unit by yourself to avoid any dangers and damages to the
induction hob.
Possible causes

before restart the cooking
