Use your CD utility to install the USB driver.
For WinXP/Vista 32bit
1. Connect your computer to the modems LAN port using an ethernet cable.
2. Run the CD utility, wait until it prompts you to connect your USB cable
For WinXP 64bit
1. Connect your computer to the modems USB port using a USB cable.
2. Run the CD utility, Found New Hardware prompt will appear.
3. Select No, not time then click Next
4. Select Install from a list or specific location then click Next
