Important: Before installing a memory module, make sure that you understand the required installation
order, depending on whether you are implementing memory mirroring, memory rank sparing, or independent
memory mode. See "Installation order" on page 46 for the required installation order.
Step 1.
Remove the DIMM cover.

Step 2.
Carefully use the DIMM tool to press down the retaining clips on each end of the DIMM connector.
Note: DIMM tool is recommended due to space limitations caused by location of water loop tubes
through the memory section.
