Miscellaneous

Scanner won't scan. It stages media and the
control buttons navigate, but the scanner won't
scan to USB / Network / Printer when the green
button is pressed
Scanner will not auto-size.
Won't scan to a USB memory stitck.
From power on, the LED stays amber.
Keypad buttons won't move icons through menu.
LCD shows icons, but no LED illumination.
Unable to scan to network (No LEDs at port).
Scan over network terminates early with
corrupted image.
Scanner is not stitched / Will not auto-stitch.
Scan to PC image doesn't appear at my PC.
Scan to Print image doesn't appear on my
network printer.
Note: Follow procedures in the Service Manual for the various suggestions.

No calibration figures in scanner. Run the light levels,
calibration, Auto-stitch and motor speed processes.
Clean Glass
Run Calibration & auto-stitch
Didn't follow Motor Speed process to completion.
USB Stick configured as a 'Drive' device.
Memory stick doesn't have enough space available.
Reformat to Fat32, making sure it's128GB max
Lid Power Microswitch not working / bad connection.
SD Card has bad connection / faulty.
Replace Main Board.
Keypad cable not making good connection.
LED cable not making good connection.
Faulty network cable.
Bad network connection.
Faulty Main Board.
The scanner is running over a slow network, the scanner
is not faulty.
Reconfigure the scanner to the correct model. Carry out a
full set-up.
L Scan not installed on the PC.
L Scan installed on more than one PC (only one
installation for a system)
More than one supported printer is on the network.
