16.5 BIOS Setup
"Boot Options" field
The following submenu appears when you select the "Boot Options" from the main menu:

'Enabled' means that the feature is active and if 'Disabled' it is inactive.

"Boot Options" field (example)
Certain hardware tests are skipped in order to accelerate the boot
sequence.
The message "Press <F2> to enter Setup or <Esc> to show the Boot menu"
is output on the bottom of the screen within the system startup phase.
If the boot sequence is interrupted due to an error detected within the
system startup phase, press F1 to acknowledge this error.

The most important system parameters are displayed when the system
startup phase is completed.
Outputs diagnostics messages within the boot sequence.
Error acknowledgment is not required, for example, if a
keyboard is not found.
Show all errors except for keyboard and floppy-drive errors.
