    This connection is particularly convenient for specialist installers for the start-up and maintenance of the softliQ:SC. A peer-to-peer connection is also possible if there is an existing connection via Wi-Fi router.

    This connection is particularly suitable for the owners/users of the softliQ water softeners. The control unit of the softliQ:SC features 4 buttons. These must be used for making all entries. Therefore, we recommend establishing the connection via the internal web page or the myGrünbeck app.

Refer to the instruction manual of your router to learn how to set this function.

Sending an email if there is a malfunction The control unit of your softliQ water softener can notify you via email if there is a malfunction.

  • Page 36 Installation 5.3.3 Establish a waste water connection as per DIN EN 1717. The drain connection DN 50 as per DIN EN 1717 for small-scale water softeners makes it easier to connect according to the DIN standard (refer to chapter 3.7). NOTE: Waste water backing up due to kinked hoses.
