Quick Start Guide
How To Cook Using the
Timer or the Probe
1. Press the ON/OFF button
2. Preheat the appliance.
3. Touch the icon for the desired cook
mode.

To cook using the timer
1. Touch the cook time icon

The controller sounds an alarm and
cooking stops when the cook time
has elapsed.
To cook using the probe
1. Touch the probe temperature
icon .

and cooking stops when the probe
senses that the internal food
temperature matches the set probe
temperature.
3. If desired, touch the fan speed
icon and set the fan speed to high

How To Preheat the
Appliance
1. Touch the convection cooking mode
icon .

How To Cool Down the
Appliance
NOTE: You cannot cool down the appliance
during a cooking cycle.
1. Touch the cool down button

displays the set cool down temperature.
3. Open the appliance door.
NOTE: The cook time field
if the door is not open.
4. Touch the START/STOP icon
activates.
The cook time field displays the cavity

temperature while the oven cools down. The
fan turns off when the cavity temperature
matches the set cool down temperature.
