When finished sanding, release the
Air Valve Lever (28) and allow the Air
Reciprocating Sander to slow to a
stop completely before laying the tool
down.
11.
Disconnect air supply hose, put a few
drops of pneumatic tools lubricating
oil in the air inlet of the tool. Connect
the air supply hose. Run the tool for
a few seconds only.
12.
Disconnect the air hose from the Air
Regulator Assembly (30).
13.
Wipe off the Air Reciprocating Sander
with a clean, soft cloth before stor-
ing the tool inside, out of the reach of
children.

explained as part of the regular op-
eration of the air-operated tool.

daily - Air supply Maintenance:
Every day, perform maintenance on
the air supply according to the com-
ponent manufacturers' instructions.
The lubricator's oil level needs to be
maintained and the moisture filter
must be regularly drained. Perform-
ing routine maintenance on the air
supply will allow the tool to operate
more safely and will also reduce wear
on the tool. note: Always follow
all Manufacturer's safety warnings
and procedures for the air com-
pressor and components you are
using with this reciprocating Air
reciprocating sander.
