Keep warm
You can use temperatures of 60 ºC to 100 ºC to keep
food warm. Note that warm food spoils easier, so you
should not keep food warm for longer than two hours.
The accessories can be inserted into the oven at
3 different levels.

You can pull the accessories out by two thirds without
causing them to tip. This enables easy removal of

dishes from the oven.

Accessories may be purchased at a later date from
the after sales service or from specialist shops. Please
specify the HZ number.

For ovenware, cake tins, roasting tins and grilled
foods. The wire rack can be used with the curvature
facing up - or down (.
Wire rack
for grilling. Always place the wire rack in the universal
pan. Fat and meat juices are collected.
