TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE

If you experience difficulties with the appliance, please check the suggestions below before contacting
customer services:
Problem
The unit will not switch on.
Runs for a short while and then switches off.
Runs without cooling in Air Conditioning mode.
Water is leaking from unit when moving.
Error Code: E4 shown on display panel.
Error Code: E2 shown on display panel.
Error Code: E3 shown on display panel.
Solution
1.
Check Trip Switch / Fuse.
2.
Wait for 3 minutes and start again, protective
device may be preventing unit from working.
3.
Check if the plug is connected to mains socket
correctly.
4.
Check batteries in the remote control.

If the set temperature is close to room
temperature, the unit will automatically switch
off, you can lower the set temperature to
restart.
2.
Check if air outlet is blocked, if so remove
obstacle.
3.
Check if Timer function has been activated.

If the door or window is open
2.
If there is another appliance creating heat in the
same room
3.
Check if the air filter is dirty – if so, clean
4.
Check if air outlets or inlets are blocked

The set temperature is too high
