TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The Plasmacluster Ion
Generator does not work.
(No light)
(Flashing)

A discontinuous noise is heard.
A clicking or ticking sound
comes from the unit.
The discharged air has odor.
In operation

• When you use the product for the fi rst time,
remove the insulation sheet.
• Is a Rechargeable battery inserted properly?
Insert Rechargeable battery correctly. (See E-10)
• Is a Rechargeable battery charged?
Charge completely. (See E-7)
Replace with new Plasmacluster Ion Generating
Unit. (See E-9, 10)
Insert Plasmacluster Ion Generating Unit correctly.
(See E-10)
Failure
Unplug and contact the store you purchased.
• Clicking or ticking sound may be audible when
the unit is generating ions.
• The Plasmacluster Ion Generator releases a
small trace of ozone which may produce odor.
This is not detrimental to health.
• It indicates the remaining power of rechargeable
battery. Charge completely. (See E-4, 7)
It is over the exchange period of Plasmacluster
Ion Generating Unit. Replace with new one.

It indicates the remaining power of rechargeable
battery and the exchange period of Plasmacluster Ion
Generating Unit. Charge completely and replace with new
Plasmacluster Ion Generating Unit (See E-4, 7 ,9 ,10)

The periphery of AC adapter and rechargeable battery
sometimes become warm, however, it is not a defect.
• Fully charged.
• Is a Rechargeable battery inserted properly?
Insert Rechargeable battery correctly. (See E-10)
• Do not you charge the product under low
temperature or high temperature environment?
Charge the product within the range of 5°C to 35°C.
• It is charging. (See E-7)
• It is a defect of a rechargeable battery. If it is
displayed repeatedly, replace the rechargeable
battery with a new one. (See E-9)
