Possible Cause
Cause ID = 1
The grid voltage is
below the lower
threshold or the low
voltage has lasted for
more than the value
specified for LVRT.
Cause ID = 1
The grid voltage
exceeds the higher
threshold or the high
voltage has lasted for
more than the value
specified for HVRT.

Suggestion
1. If the alarm is triggered
accidentally, it may be
due to temporary
abnormalities in the
power grid. The
SUN2000 will
automatically recover
after the power grid has
resumed normal
functioning.
2. If the alarm is triggered
frequently, check
whether the grid voltage
is within the acceptable
range. If it is not,
contact the local power
operator. If grid voltage
is within the acceptable
range, modify the power
grid undervoltage
protection threshold
with the consent of the
local power operator.
3. If the fault persists for a
long time, check the
connection between the
AC switch and the
output power cable.
1. Check whether the grid
connection voltage
exceeds the upper
threshold. If so, contact
the local power operator.
2. If you have confirmed
that the grid connection
voltage exceeds the
upper threshold and
have obtained the
consent of the local
power operator, modify
the overvoltage
protection threshold.
3. Check whether the peak
grid voltage exceeds the
upper threshold.
