Info :
1 - Transient fault/permanent fault : a transient fault becomes permanent after a variable num-
ber of engine cycles, depending on the components (injector, fuel pump, etc.). In order for
a permanent fault to disappear, you must wait for 40 engine cycles without the fault
appearing.
2 - Fan fault : if there is no cooling fan installed on the motorcycle, the fan fault (P0485) will
always be displayed.
