Begin by removing the shelves from inside the cabi-
net. In addition on prep tables it will also be neces-
sary to remove the pans and duct work. Next, remove
the screw and lock washer and the canoe clips from
the cover (see figure 1).
NOTE: Lock washer must be installed.
Reverse the procedure to install.
Begin by accessing the back of the unit. Next remove
the screws that secure the covers (see figure 3).
Reverse the procedure to install.

Begin by removing the shelves from inside the cabi-

the screws from the evaporator cover (see figure 2).
Reverse the procedure to install.
Begin by accessing the back of the unit. Next remove
the screws that secure the cover (see figure 4).
