Check the adjustment before starting work and
also regularly in-between.
Maintenance
The bearings of the discs are filled with grease
¾
and therefore principally maintenance-free.
Check the bearings regularly for clearance,
leak tightness and even running after extend-
ed idle times.
In case of loose discs or if discs need to be
¾
replaced, tighten all screws with160 ± 20 Nm.
When replacing discs, tighten all screws with
200 ± 20 Nm.
Do not use adhesives for securing.
Use appropriate tools (e.g. torque wrench) to
be able to maintain the demanded tolerances!
Spray the bearing locations with a suitable rust
¾
dissolver or anticorrosive before extended
idle periods.
Cleaning
Do not wash the bearing locations with high
¾
pressure cleaners.
Adjustable disc system (option)
The rows of discs can be adjusted toward each
other and the lateral pull can thus be reduced.
Adjust the connecting rods via the 12 posi-
¾
tions of the rigging bushes.
Adjust all connecting rods equally.

Fertiliser equipment PPF
(option)
With the fertiliser equipment solid fertiliser
can be placed together with the seed as side
dressing.
The fertiliser is always placed by a single-disc
coulter between two seed rows.
The coulter discs open the seedbed and the
fertiliser is blown into the soil.

Depth setting
The coulter frame of the fertiliser equipment is
connected with the cultivation tool by a rod.
Both systems are therefore lifted out or lowered
to working position together.
