8. Upon detecting the cartridge, the DiagCORE
cartridge entrance port and start the test run. No further action from the operator is required to
start the run.
NOTE The DiagCORE
used and scanned during the test setup. If a cartridge other than the one
scanned is inserted, an error will be generated and the cartridge will be
automatically ejected.
NOTE Up to this point, it is possible to cancel the test run by pushing the Cancel
button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
NOTE Depending on the system configuration, the operator may be required to
re-type their user password to start the test run.
NOTE The lid of the cartridge entrance port will close automatically after 30
seconds if no cartridge is positioned in the port. If this occurs, repeat the
procedure starting with step 5.
9. While the test is running, the time remaining in the run is displayed on the screen.
