Burn: If the fabric can withstand it, wash it with bleach, you can add it into the washing
machine. For woollen fabrics, spread over the satins cloth dampened in water with oxide and
iron over a dry cloth. Rinse and wash thoroughly.

All repairs must be performed by authorized service centre only. When the washing machine requires repair in
the warranty period or when you are unable to remove the malfunction with the following instructions:
• Unplug the washing machine.
• Close the water tap.
• Contact the closest authorized service.
Problem
The washing machine

The washing machine is not plugged
in.
Blown fuse.
There was power outage.
You did not press the button Start/
Pause.
The program selector is in the "Stop"
position.
The door is not properly closed.
The water tap is closed.
The inlet hose may be twisted.
Clogged inlet hose.
The inlet filter is clogged.
The door is not properly closed.
The drain hose is clogged or twisted.
Pump filter is clogged.
The laundry is not distributed evenly
in the washing machine.
Troubleshooting
Plug the washing machine in the outlet.
Replace fuse.
Check the power status.
Press the button Start/Pause.
Switch the program selector to the required
program.
Close carefully the washing machine door.
Open the water tap.
Check the inlet hose.
Clean the filters of the inlet hose. (*)
Clean the filter of the inlet valve. (*)
Close carefully the washing machine door.
Check the drain hose.
Clean the pump filter. (*)
Distribute the laundry evenly.
