Then, scan “Set Custom Suffix.” Next, scan Byte Bit "9" (Appendix A) twice before scanning the corresponding Byte Bits that represents the hexadecimal values of a desired suffix.
Introduction Every symbology (barcode system) has its own attributes. The programming barcodes that follow will configure the scanner so it can read them. Manhattan recommends disabling those that are rarely used to increase the efficiency of the scanner. Note on Add-on Codes: many barcodes are augmented with a two- or five-digit add-on code, which forms a new code.
