Save current protocol
After creating a new name and protocol settings, click "Save", and the protocol will be saved to
memory.
Note: If a new protocol is used to read a plate, and data is saved, the main parameters will be
grayed out and cannot be changed. If new protocol is not used, the parameters can
be changed.

Save as a new named protocol
After opening a current protocol, you can modify it and save it as a new one. After saving,

click the "Open" button, you can view the specific information of the protocol.
