Procusini is not shown in the list of your WLAN connections
• Connect to your wireless network and check if your Procusini is already connected to your wireless
network.
• Switch off the Procusini, wait at least 20 seconds and turn it back on.
The Procusini interrupts the production process without any apparent reason:
• Check your network and wireless connection as well as the filling level of the cartridge.
• Switch off the device, wait at least 20 seconds and turn it back on.
• Wait to connect the Procusini, until it moves into the "Home" position by itself. This may take
several minutes.
The object shows defects:
• Clean the dosing tip and restart the production.
• Check whether the cartridge is filled sufficiently and replace it if necessary.
The object does not adhere to the production plate:
• Repeat the calibration procedure.
• Reduce the distance between the dosing tip and the production plate when calibrating the next
time. Follow the instructions on your user interface.
If the fault continues to occur even after following the instructions, stop using the device and switch
it off. Please contact our customer service at service@procusini.com immediately for the purpose of
an inspection or repair.
