Typical Installation - Raypak mechanical heating system
CLOSED LOOP WATER SOURCE HEAT PUMP
Refer to diagram below
1. Only use a heater with on/off controls.
2. The bypass pipe diameter MUST be the same as the inlet and outlet pipes.
3. Select the pipe size between the heater and the system loop main, equal to the inlet/outlet header
connections of the water heater (as a minimum).
4. Install the correct pump. The temperature rise must be between 10°C and 15°C. Refer to 'pipe size
and pump selection table' on page 13.
