5 PHONEBOOK

Your phone can store up to 50 private phonebooks in the cordless handset and
the telephone base w ith names and numbers. Each phonebook entry can have
a maximum of 20 digits for the phone number and 12 characters for the name.
You can also
select different ringer tones for your phonebook entries. Phonebook entries are stored
alphabetically by name.

5.1 Add a New Phonebook Entry

Using the base:
In idle:
1. Press MENU/OK to select PHONEBOOK main menu item
2. Press MENU/OK and /
3. Press MENU/OK and enter the name.
4. Press MENU/OK and enter the number.
5. Press MENU/OK and /
6. Press MENU/OK to store the phonebook entry.

Search for a Phonebook Entry

Using the corded base:
In idle:
1. Enter the phonebook list.
2. Enter the first character of your desired name of the phonebook entries by multi-tap.

View a Phonebook Entry

Using the base:
In idle:
1. Press PHONEBOOK to display the first phonebook entry in alphabetical order.
OR
1. Press MENU/OK three times to display the first phonebook entry.
2. Enter the first character of your desired name of the phonebook entry by multi-tap.
OR
Press / to select and view the desired phonebook entry.
to select ADD.
to select the desired ringtone for your phonebook entry.
