Select Switch Bezel Removal - Atari CX 5200 Field Service Manual

To remove the select switches:
1 .
Slide a f lathead screw driver under the select switch bezel between

switches and pry out the bezel (See Figure 6-6).
Remove the switches.

2 . Remove the three screws from the botto m controller case.
3. Separate the top controller case from the bottom controller case.

Use the 5200 Controller Knob Puller Tool ( F C I 0 02 1 4) to remove the j oystick

Push the knob shaft into one of the corners of the top housing opening. Push
down the boot with the tool to expose the shaft.
