RATIO CHECK PROCEDURE

Temperature Compensated Refractometer Method
1. Place an empty container under the appropriate
dispense nozzle.
2. Press and hold the "Product Dispense Switch",
until water and concentrate begin flowing freely
from the dispense nozzle.
3. Discard the product caught previously and place the
empty container back under the dispense nozzle.
4. Press and hold the "Product Dispense Switch" until
the cup is filled.
5. Stir the contents of the cup, and use the refractom-
eter to check the brix %.
PUMP DISPENSE TESTING - WATER Only Selected
Water Flow Testing
1. Place a graduated measuring vessel under the ap-
propriate dispense nozzle.
2. For each station to be checked, select Water Only
at the top of the screen.
3. Press dispense switch to dispense water. Measure
the water dispensed. Note the volume dispensed at
each station for future reference.
4. Confirm concentrate is loaded and primed. Select
Drink at the top of the screen. Press dispense
switch to dispense finished drink. Note the volume
dispensed for each station.
5. Compare volumes dispensed to Ratio Chart and
the Concentrate Ratio Target.
