BUNN-O-MATIC (part number 34325.10_ _ [see Illustrated Parts Catalog for complete part number.]) BUNN-O-MATIC does not recommend the use of saddle valves to install the dispenser. The size and shape of the hole(s) made in the supply line(s) by saddle valves may restrict water flow.
DOOR COVER INSTALLATION 1. Install door cover by first plugging the door switches to the door circuit board located at the bottom of the machine door. 2. Install door cover and secure using 5 screws provided. (Two on top, two on bottom, and one on side) NOTE: Push door in before tightening screws.
OPERATING CONTROLS Refrigeration Switch The refrigeration switch is located behind the splash panel of the dispenser near the center. This switch con- trols power to the water bath pump and relay contacts for the compressor and condenser fan motor. PLUMBING HOOKUP The plumbing connection is located on the rear of the dispenser. A 3/8" (9.52 mm) male flare adapter fitting is supplied, installed on the rear of the dispenser. NOTE - Water pipe connections and fixtures directly connected to a potable water supply shall be sized, installed and maintained in accordance with federal, state and local codes.

Instructions for cleaning inside of the JDF-4D cabinet and pumps. The following instructions are to be followed if a spill has occurred inside the cabinet and the pumps need to be cleaned. 1. Unload product from the cabinet. a) Lift pump lever to the right and leave in a vertical position.

LEVEL 2 ACCESS (requires operator pass code 4521) Operator Access Store owners have access to Day Part Product Change, Cleaning, and Training menus always. Other screens are marked with padlock and require a pass code to continue. Those screens include Sleep/Lock- out, Product Setup, Information, Events, Settings, and Statistics.

PRODUCT SETUP The Product Setup menu first offers the operator the option of changing the flavors for each dispense station. Scrolling up or down to the desired flavor and selecting SAVE or CANCEL. The available flavor op- tions can be viewed by touching the headings at the top of the display screen labelled: FLAVOR SELECTION, JUICE FLAVORS, WATER FLA- VORS, or TEA FLAVORS.

INFORMATION The Information menu displays Display Board and Control Board data. This info may need to be refer- enced for service. EVENTS The Events menu displays possible fault descrip- tions. WARNINGS - Indicates potential dispenser issues that should be further diagnosed. ALARMS - Indicate some dispenser functions may not be operating properly.
