In accordance with the guideline for liquid spray devices (ZH 1/406 and BGR 500 Part
2, chap. 2.36):
– The occupational safety state of the liquid spray devices is to be inspected as required,
however at least every 12 months by an expert (e.g. Wagner service technician).
– In case of non-operative units the test can be postponed until the next start-up.

WARNING
Repairs and part replacement may only be carried out by spe-
cially trained staff or a WAGNER service center.
Before all work on the unit and in the event of work interrup-
tions:
- Switch off the energy/compressed air supply.
- Relieve the pressure from the spray gun and unit.
- Secure the spray gun against actuation.
Observe the operating and service instructions when carrying
out all work.
