Troubleshooting
Symptom
No or low water fl ow
Water leaking from the show-
er rose
Maximum water
temperature too hot or cold
Showering water

Mixing Valve is excessively

Cause
Batteries low / run out in
Wireless Controller.
Outlet is blocked.
Partially closed stop or service
valve in water
supply pipework to the mixing
valve.
Airlock or potential
blockage in supply
pipework.
Inlet fi lters partially blocked.
Water supply pressure too low. Check water pressure,
This is normal for a short time
after turning off.
Maximum water
temperature set
incorrectly.
This could be due to the
Mixing Valve drawing a low
hot fl ow from certain types of
Combination Boiler, and the
boiler turning on/off.
Purging procedure was not
carried out when
commissioning the Mixing
Valve.
Remedy
Replace batteries, refer to
maintenance section (page
23).
Check outlet and
shower rose for any
blockages.
Open stop or service valve.
Flush through pipework to
ensure removal of any debris
and any airlocks.
Remove fi lters and clean as
necessary, refer to mainte-
nance setion (page 22).

Adjust the angle of the shower
rose as necessary to vary
draining time.
Reset maximum water tem-
perature, refer to
Commissioning section (page
19).
Increase the fl ow on the Con-
troller by moving the dial to a
higher fl ow setting (II,III,IIII)
Decrease the set temperature
of the hot water on the Combi-
nation Boiler.
Purge the Mixing Valve. Refer
to Purge procedure on page
20.
