PRODUCT. THE OPTION OF REPLACEMENT, DESCRIBED
ABOVE, IS BAYER'S ONLY OBLIGATION UNDER THIS
WARRANTY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BAYER BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT,
