The central posts of the VC-231GP's power jacks measure
2.5mm wide that require +54VDC power input. They conform to
the bundled AC-DC adapter. Should you have the issue of power
connection, please contact your local sales representative.

DC receptacle is 2.1mm wide that matches the central post,
measuring 2.1mm wide, of the VC-231GP's DC jack. Do not
install any improper unit.
