    T R O U B L E S H O O T I N G T I P S Heater is not operating 1.1 Check all fuses in heater control box. 1.2 Check remote disconnect switch and circuit breaker. 1.3 Check voltage supplied to the heater – refer to the heater data plate for voltage requirements. 1.4 Check thermostat by turning it and check continuity with a multimeter.
