    T R O U B L E S H O O T I N G T I P S Heater is not operating 1.1 Check all fuses in heater control box. 1.2 Check remote disconnect switch and circuit breaker. 1.3 Check voltage supplied to the heater – refer to the heater data plate for voltage requirements. 1.4 Check thermostat by turning it and check continuity with a multimeter.
  • Page 6 M O U N T I N G The heater must be permanently mounted in a level, upright position for operation. See Figures 3, 4, and 5 for maximum tilt angles, installation clearances, and physical dimensions. For ease of installation, a variety of mounting kits are available from the factory.

    REPAIR & REPLACEMENT Remove this core mounting WARNING b o l t & t w o Disconnect heater from power supply at integral disconnect or fuse box before others on the Loosen opening enclosures or servicing heater. Lock the switch in the “OFF” (open) opposite side.
