Make sure that no moisture can enter the fuse box when the cover is open.

When closing the cover, make sure that it is lying correctly on the fuse box. Moisture seeping in

or dirt could otherwise impair the operation of the fuses.

To open: open the tailgate.
X
Remove the vehicle tool kit from the stowage compartment in the rear compartment (see the
vehicle's Operating Instructions).
X
Remove tool holder : from the side trim panel.
You will see the three or four fuse holders.

To close: insert and engage tool holder : in the stowage compartment in the rear compartment.
X
Stow away the tools and equipment and insert and engage the stowage compartment cover (see
the vehicle's Operating Instructions).
X
Close the tailgate.
