To unpack the product
1. Remove the product from the package. Lift the
product from the center handle on the roll cage.
2. Obey the local recycling requirements and applicable
regulations for the packing material.
3. Soff-Cut 150: No diamond cutting blade or skid is
included with the saw. Purchase the appropriate
blade and skid plate from your local Husqvarna
Construction Product dealer.
4. Soff-Cut 150 D: No radius or bevel blade is included
with the saw. Purchase the appropriate blade from
your local Husqvarna Construction Product dealer.
To attach the blade
Use only Husqvarna specific Soff-cut blades for best
performance.
CAUTION: Inspect the blade for damage,
cracks, loss of segments, warping,
overheating, excessive wear or a damaged
tri-arbor hole. If the blade shows any of
these problems, discard the blade.
Make sure the blade is marked with a
maximum operating speed greater than
4450 rpm.
Inspect blade flanges for damage, excessive
wear and cleanliness. The blade should fit
snugly on clean, undamaged, tri-arbor shaft.
1. Fold the handle to its full upright position.
2. Insert the locking pin.
3. Raise the blade by pushing down on the handle bar
with both hands to the full and locked position.

4. Remove the blade block cover.
5. Insert the two wrenches supplied, one in the slot at
the front of the engine and one on the blade shaft
bolt.
6. Turn the blade shaft counterclockwise with the
wrench on the blade shaft bolt until the second
wrench engages the flats on the other end of the
shaft.
7. Continue to turn the blade shaft bolt
counterclockwise to remove the blade shaft bolt.
8. Remove the outer blade flange.
9. Model Soff-Cut 150: Discard the old skid plate.
Note: The patented skid plate is the most important
part of the Soff-Cut Ultra Early Entry system. If it is
bent, twisted or damaged, spalling and raveling of a
cut may result. Store skid plates carefully and install
them properly. Install a new skid plate with each new
blade. Never re-use skid plates.
10. Thoroughly clean the concrete from the shaft, blade
block and blade block cover.
11. Mount the clean blade on the blade shaft.
