SUGGESTED REMEDY
•
Replace with larger air conditioner.
•
Clean or replace pads.
•
Check water distribution system for
possible obstruction in tubing. Check
pump.
•
On days during summer when the
ambient humidity is very high, the air
conditioner will not reduce
temperature as mush as on drier
days. There is no remedy except to
shut off the pump.
•
Re-connect motor for correct rotation.
•
Check motor amps. If below
nameplate amperage, re-adjust motor
pulley (sheave) to increase fan
speed.
•
Tighten belt by re-adjusting position
of motor. Replace belt if worn.
•
Reset circuit breaker or broken fuse.
Check circuit breaker size correct
•
Check all electrical connections.
•
Replace.
•
Replace.

Tighten belt and pulleys.

Install new belt

Adjust belt tension.

Tighten belt.
