Periodic checks
Inspect consumables periodically by referring to the table below once you start to use the machine.
See the section, "List of Consumables" for details of consumables.

1) Cup packing ....................................................... Vacuum pressure is low.
2) Intake and exhaust valves .................................. They are deformed, cracked or bent.
3) Gasket and O-ring .............................................. They are hardened, cracked, or elongated.
4) Intake valve interference prevention rubber ....... It is cracked or deteriorated.
If liquid, solvent, powder, etc. enter into the pump, the life of consumables will be
short and they need to be replaced.
