Cleaning and Maintenance of the Vacuum Pump
Be sure to turn off the main power of the machine for cleaning and mainte
nance.
Never use the organic solvent for washing the elements.
For cleaning dirt on the filter elements, etc. do not use the thinner, alcohol, benzene, gasoline, or
kerosene.
As the vacuum pump is heated high, be careful of dealing it.
The vacuum pump is heated high right after it is stopped. So leave it about 30 minutes and check
that it is cooled for the next operation.
