4 .4 Storage
4 .4 .1 ATS3080 and Power pack 3080
f ATS3080 and Power pack 3080 in a cool, dry place.
f Avoid direct sunlight.
f ATS3080 and store Power pack 3080 in dustproof
packaging.
f Store electrical components (ATS3080 and Power
pack 3080) in impact-absorbing packaging and
separately from the accessories.
f Consult and comply with the appropriate data sheets for
storage of the accessories.
4 .4 .2 Strap and closure chain
NOTE
Strap and strap reel are not resistant to ageing and the same
applies to the closure chain and the closure chain reel. The
plastic deteriorates if storage time is prolonged.
f Use up the strap and closure chain promptly.

f Always store the strap reels and the closure reels until
needed in the bags in which they are supplied and make
sure that the bags remain airtight. If necessary, seal the
bags with adhesive tape.
f Do note keep in storage for longer than 6 months.
f Never leave the packaging open for longer than
12 hours.
f Do not open the packaging until immediately before the
contents are to be used and use up the whole strap
promptly.
f Do not expose the strap reels or the closure reels to
direct sunlight.
f Keep the strap reels and the closure reels away from
sources of heat.

5 .1 Overhead suspension 3080 installation
Tools needed
• Allen key, w/f 4 mm
Hazard due to falling tool and parts
Risk of severe head injuries
f Overhead suspension 3080 Install in strict compliance
f Wear a hard hat while installation is in progress.
f Comply with the safety instructions for transport.

f Always keep the Power pack 3080 pack switched off
